colorado's strategic action planning group on aging
Our team designed and coordinated a series of regional public forums and issued a final report, called Conversations on Aging, increasing the profile of the Planning Group and expanding the stakeholder participation across the state. Other responsibilities included: environmental scans; policy and data collection and analysis; surveys; media relations; collaboration and partnership building, public forums and outreach.

Amber Minogue served as a Technical Assistance provider during Phase I of Colorado focused LAUNCH Together initiative, a project working to ensure that families in several Colorado communities have access to a system of preven1on and other services including behavioral health care within a primary care setting, enhanced home visitation and parental education.
Serving as the Project Manager for the Kid Connects Community Training and Technical Assistance Project, Amber Minogue led a project designed to build knowledge and capacity regionally for early childhood mental health consultation that in turn, would increase the use and consistency of effective social-emotional and mental health consultation strategies across Colorado and create sustainable community practices that would promote and support the mental health consultation system in each community.

Amber Minogue completed a systems evaluation to help establish and document a baseline analysis of the relevant systems of collaborations that exists to reduce poverty and improve family economic security in Colorado. Components of the work included: systems evaluation; project management; policy analysis; state and local community development; stakeholder engagement; survey development; interviews; focus groups; data analysis; research; report writing.
texas adult basic education
While serving as Vice President of Marmillion + Co, Gene Rose secured a contract through Texas A&M University to help the state create a strategic plan for adult basic education in the state.

Amber Minogue researched, developed and supported the implementation of Career and Technical Education Program for the New Legacy Charter High School teen parent curriculum and program, including drafting strategic plan goals and action steps for new program implementation.

sexual harassment prevention video
On behalf of a national organization, we produced a five-part video series to train members on ways to create culture changes to produce a more healthy work environment. Key areas included definitions of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior, laws, procedures, retaliation, responsibilities, complaint procedures, and compliance.
commission on adult education
Gene Rose directed work to produce a strategic plan for the Commission, which serves members who provide adult basic education services across the country. He led efforts to: produce, distribute and analyze a national survey; interview key stakeholders; and conducte facilitation exercises with the organization’s officers and stakeholders to create a plan that contained short- and long-term goals, objectives and strategies.
While at the National Conference of State Legislatures, Andrea Wilkins managed a multi-year grant-funded project aimed at promoting cooperative policy development and cross-jurisdictional collaboration between the 50 state legislatures and Native American tribal governments. This included project management, evaluation oversight and data collection responsibilities, and collaboration with partner organization, stakeholders, policy experts, and consultants to fulfill project deliverables.

Following a project designed to raise the Network’s profile, engaged more members, and set data benchmarks, Gene Rose produced a strategic plan for the organization. The project included surveys, focus groups and facilitated conversations to create a blueprint for the organization's future growth.
National association of government communicators
A former president of the organization, Gene Rose has conducted two national surveys of government communicators across the country, releasing and presenting the reports, "Trends and Salary Survey." The report provides a snapshot of the workforce, salaries, benefits, and work conditions.
Colorado Agency for Jewish Education
Amber Minogue conducted an environmental scan of all early care learning centers partnered with the Colorado Association for Jewish Education. The scan included an evaluation of their system of social-emotional, mental health and special education program delivery along with recommendations for strategically developing their infrastructure and incorporating evaluation into a feedback loop that provides ongoing assessment of future system growth.
Eisenhower Presidential Library, Museum & Boyhood Home
Gene Rose facilitated a discussion among key museum staff to create a plan and recommendations for marketing and communications for the museum.
knox college athletics
Gene Rose create a marketing plan for the athletic department's fundraising efforts and a communications platform to serve the program and aid in the recruitment of athletes. Through more than 20 discussions with administrators, students, coaches, college staff and the local business community he identified areas where the program could implement changes. He later coordinated a program to create a new logo and mascot for the school. The logo won a national award.
